Amy DePasquale is an experienced attorney specializing in business contracts, privacy, and real estate. She has a diverse professional background, including working as in-house counsel for Morrison & Foerster LLP, where she represented the firm in vendor contract negotiations and worked to ensure compliance with data privacy laws and regulations. At Scaled Agile, Inc., she drafted, reviewed, and negotiated sales and vendor contracts with international and Fortune 500 companies, while also researching and launching a contracts management system. With over 25 years of experience in the legal profession, Amy is a skilled leader, communicator, problem-solver, and critical thinker, with proven expertise in project management and business prioritization.
